Pir-Art was born in Sarasota Florida USA January 2019. Founder Edward Whay born in the UK was eager to challenge the status quo and determined to foster creativity and individuality in an industry becoming too corporate. The concept was to create incredible One of a Kind hair care, using all natural ingredients and CBD oil that has multiple benefits to both hair and scalp. A product that would serve as a magnificent testament to the Pirate and Artist in all of us.
